Assigned Check-In Time Slots

In order to create a smooth process for students and families during New Student Orientation Check-In, students will be assigned a time alphabetically based on last name. Please see below to determine your assigned arrival time. The Orientation team and Residence Life staff will be following up with more information over the summer. If you have any questions or concerns about Orientation, please contact orientation@warren-wilson.edu. If you have questions concerning housing, please contact housing@warren-wilson.edu.

8:15 - 9:15am: Last Name A - H
9:30 - 10:30am: Last Name I - N
10:45 - 11:45am: Last Name O - Z
11:45am - 12:15pm: Day Students (all students who are not living on campus)
